Welcome! I’m a Human Resources and Labor Compliance professional with a passion for people, organization, and creating processes that make work better. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both the construction and public sectors, supporting high-profile projects and organizations, including LAUSD and the City of Los Angeles. These experiences have helped me build a strong foundation in Certified Payroll (CPR), prevailing wage requirements, union compliance, subcontractor onboarding, audits, and administrative operations. While compliance is an important part of what I do, I believe the work goes far beyond policies and paperwork. At the center of every organization are people. I enjoy being someone others can count on—whether that means helping navigate a complex compliance requirement, supporting a subcontractor through onboarding, reviewing payroll documentation, or finding a more efficient way to manage a process. I’m naturally detail-oriented, organized, and curious. I genuinely enjoy solving problems and finding ways to turn complicated processes into something clearer and more manageable. My goal is always to bring structure and consistency while maintaining a professional and human approach. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that successful HR and compliance work requires more than knowledge—it requires communication, accountability, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships. I’m proud of the experience I’ve gained, the projects I’ve contributed to, and the relationships I’ve built along the way.
